Souvenirs from Geneva

The bookmarks do not lie, they tell only the truth :) And the bookmarks from Geneva bring back the memories from Switzerland: lakes, swans, mountains, countryside, cows, the Jet d'Eau (or water jet, a large fountain)... All these things can be seen in Switzerland and on these bookmarks :)

Venice

I love Venice!!! The Grand Canal, bridges, gondolas, St.Mark's Square - so amazing and beautiful! It's a pity I had so little time and could't find more bookmarks. I have one leather bookmark from Venice:

Sunny Florida

These bookmarks were sent by Pat from Florida, the USA. Two paper bookmarks show the beauty of Florida. I found out that Florida's official state nickname became "The Sunshine State". This nickname is very appropriate because of the many sunny days in Florida. Subsequently, Florida contains some of the most spectacular sunsets on earth. Florida's actual meaning: "Full of Flowers".
One of the bookmarks is laminated and has a place for a photo! I'm still thinking what photo to put there :)

Serbia

My friends never forget to bring bookmarks for me from their journeys. This bookmark arrived from Serbia. It has very nice colours and the title says: I love Serbia :)

Serbia is a landlocked country covering the southern part of the Pannonian Plain and central part of the Balkans. Serbia has borders with 8 countries: Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Republic of Macedonia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and its border with Albania is disputed. Although landlocked, the country has access to the Black Sea through the Danube river. Its capital city, Belgrade, is among the largest in Southeastern Europe.

Degas Dancers

A collection of 12 bookmarks showing Degas' ballet dancers.

No artist has ever been more closely associated with images of dancers than the French Impressionist Edgar Degas. More than half of his paintings, drawings, and sculptures is devoted to the activities of the ballet dancers and dance students of late 19th-century Paris.
